Elan Valley Tour
Take an interactive journey through the Elan Valley to experience the stunning landscapes and scenery of the estate. You'll learn about the area's importance for water provision along with many other interesting features, such as the estate's geomorphology (i.e. how different landforms and landscapes have been formed by different earth surface processes, such as air, water and ice); nature (there are a number of interesting and rare species of flora and fauna on the estate); history of the local communities; the estate's connection with The Dam Busters; how the estate's landscape has inspired cultural responses (e.g. the poet Shelley); and much more.
