To celebrate National Astronomy Week we are taking you on March through the skies visiting The Moon, Jupiter, and a whole host of intergalactic destinations (weather permitting). Please feel free to bring your own telescopes or tripod mounted binoculars if you have them...the more the merrier! This is a weather dependant event, if unsure of the conditions, please contact 01597 810880 upto 1 hour prior to start time. This is a bookable event, please register your interest by contacting the number above or e-mail elanrangers@dwrcymru.com.

If the weather is against us we hope to make it a social get together, giving local astronomers a chance to meet up and have a chat. Anyone just getting into astronomy or needing help with their new scopes are welcome to come along with any questions.

For your comfort during the evening please wear warm clothes and suitable footwear for walking on grass which can be muddy in places. A hat and gloves, camping chairs and red light torches e.g. Rear bike light are recommended. Parents and careers are responsible of children attending the event.
