The Beautiful Brithgwm

Visit the beautiful Nant Brithgwm Valley with Chris from Powys Ramblers. Starting from Penbont car park, this 8 mile walk takes us to Tynllidiart before climbing to Moelfryn, skirting round Esgair Brithgwm and dropping down into the valley. After fording the watercourse we pick up an old low stone wall down to Craig Goch Dam. Return is likely to be by road due to problems with the Devil’s Gulch. One steep climb, rough walking and wet ground makes this a challenging walk for families and older children. Meet at Penbont car park.
