After a fascinating and informative Local History Day organised by Elan Links on 30th October 2018, Project 6 facilitated the setting up of a Local History Group. This happened in January 2019 and the group have met on the first Tuesday of every month (except August) since then. All are welcome and it’s free to come along - we meet at 7 p.m.

A 4 mile guided walk to learn about the area, including the remains of Nant y Gro Dam which was used for tests before the WW2 Dambusters Raid.
There is a steep climb of 40metres up the steps to the top of the dam and then a very steep 140 metre climb.
Meet at the Visitor Centre.
