It is surrounded by woodland and meadows, with fine views down the valley.

The house is warm and welcoming and has central heating throughout.

It has a fitted kitchen/dining area, a cosy sitting room complete with woodburner (logs provided free of charge), utility room, bathroom with toilet and basin and a shower room with toilet and basin downstairs.

The house sleeps six, and its three bedrooms (one double and twin upstairs, one twin downstairs) are charming and comfortable, with a cot provided for the youngest of visitors.

The property is oil centrally heated and electricity is by an automatic start generator.

There is a large garden with a picnic bench and a brick barbeque.
