Completely renovated in 2004, this secluded cottage is in a fantastic location overlooking Garreg Ddu Reservoir, approached by a mile-long, rather uneven track which is located about 7 miles from the town of Rhayader.

The cottage retains much of its original character (although it does have a new wooden staircase!), with wooden beams, woodburner in the large inglenook, stone walls and tiled floors.

 There is one double and one twin bedroom, bathroom and ground floor shower room, fitted kitchen including microwave), dining room and sitting room with TV; all with oil fired central heating. Electricity & heating is included in the price.

The cottage, which is fronted by an enclosed patio, is situated in a peaceful location on a working hill farm. It is a superb area for walking, cycling, bird watching and fishing.
