16 Sun Gro to Stone Row

A moderate 8 mile hillwalk passing Nant y Gro and Dol y Mynach Dams, Llannerch y cawr Longhouse and the stone row behind Penglaneinon. Two climbs of 130m and a steeper 180m. Meet at the Visitor Centre at 10am, back about 3pm.
